This was requested by hickwarrior. Anyway, most of these changes don't appear to be permanent, but so far this is whats happened:

Game System Changes:

- You now have locked skills upon hero unlock, an item can be bought, won, or gained through missions to unlock ONE skill.

- You now require an 'envelope' to switch characters. I'm not quite sure if you have to buy them with gold (what was the in game currency called again?)

Character Changes:

Atin: attack up, defense up (Viable for competitive play)

Fox: Defense up, attack up (Viable)

Octavian: Damage, defense, a whole ton of skills buffed (I think Untouchable's duration increased?)

Stella: defense and skills modified/buffed (Viable)

Irene: Pretty much the same as Oct (Viable)

Kilmor: Defense and damage buffed (Viable)

Rozz: Less damage, increased range on point break (good for Public matches only)

Minity: Less damage, gift box doesn't stun (Viable purely because of Puppetshow)

Laair: Damage halved (Lol and to think she uses damage over time spells)

VMB: all cooldowns increased, halved damage, skills cost more MP, clones noobified (Everything that made her useful has been nerfed)

Merino: damage halved, cooldowns increased (Super Squishy)

Nosferatu: Damage reduction (good for Public matches Only)

So there you go.

I think they need to rethink and replay everything from the start now, because this balancing is going nowhere... And if untouchable is lengthened in time... Just why? It's a freaking invincibility spell.

And the way to get skills? I think it's the worst thing for this kind of game. At least getting better equip sound fine, but skills make up so much of the game, it's not funny.

If skills make up so much of the game then it is understandable that the melee are superpowered now. Say hi to Stella having huge advantage out of nowhere (and huge cleavage still)

i went to go check out LOCO online.
just now. because i like to see what other games people played, you know?

first thing i noticed was the obligatory half naked woman with a big chest.
this time it was a brown girl.

i like them already.

The English version of LOCO is down at the moment, as Closed Beta just finished.

KR is either having its open beta, or a full release.

I'm pretty sure its the former.
