So I recently acquired a Himari and judging from how her weapons work, she isn't the best attacker around, but nevertheless still a nice jammer.
But how exactly does her bit work? Does it have a fixed duration or is it still reliant on STR/TEC balancing? Can the STR be safely dropped below 0?

And if the bit is not affected by STR/TEC balancing, then I did a little calculation:

...she could have used a little of Saya's stealth.

Open for opinions.

you have way too much capa invested in weapon tunes.

you should be using moving burst since you can do ecm -> alpha -> ecm with the alpha glitch. This allows you to use the ecm cannon to overrange the missiles you can just do great rapid alpha on them. and also not use a shooter tune on them.

never ever tune high supply. It's horrible. it's just awful if you do the math on it. Himari needs ammo but at this point in the game you should just accept that some units you will have to carry shell supply/a on. The game usually gives you enough of them, usually. just don't tune high supply, it's mathematically awful. Airforce is cool though.

glide boost is the best cart in the game and you should take it.

So something like this?:

Or I could cut 40 HP for Clearance tunes instead.

Still, are her jammer disks affected by STR/TEC balancing?

that's a lot better but you might want to try and get a glide boost breakpoint by keeping walk at 5.
why would you take clearance when you can take fast recovery

no they are not
