If there's something Celica doesn't need is a buff, rather, she needs bug fixes.
The only issue she has is the same as most of the game, obligatory tunes, and she relies on being a cheap shit that will counter anything with a gun and completely fuck up projectiles because CS can't into coding (her debuff slowing projectiles results in projectiles despawning sooner than they should, as despawning range is tied to both range and speed resulting in a timer, so both stats depend on each other, which makes it so decreasing one means decreasing both, all because CS decided that projectile despawning should rely on a timer based on rangexspeed rather than on actual range. If you slow down bullets with a debuff after the calculations, the bullets will fly for X seconds and despawn as usual but since the bullets are slower the timer will end before it reaches it's actual range, rather than flying for X range and despawning. Despawn range shouldn't rely on a timer, but guess they wanted to make it easier on the game, but then they screwed up by making her debuff apply after the timer calculations instead of before. Another bullshit coding that will never be fixed, and hopefully no one else gets that debuff).

here hoping the balance adjustments aren't massive nerf feast,

honestly they need to buff koyomi and fix her shit, and some other bots which I feel like need a slight boost but meh lets wait and see for the grand finale

But it should be a nerf fest, because it never is (and won't be). There's barely any new things that need buffs, mostly just nerfs and yes, Koyomi, though Koyomi needs mechanical changes, not just a buff, they need to change how her buffs work, the way they work right now is just shit (even more when she gives nothing and wastes the bit before she gets to shoot someone and finally give any buffs).

Mialy U is a case of CS thinking that more is better and making things that doesn't have a place for them. If CB had objectives, Mialy U would be nice, she would be the turret placer, and objectives naturally draw in enemies, however, CB devolved into a mindless brawler where it doesn't even have lines anymore (frontline/mid/back) or any objectives, just people running around holding the fire button. Before when it wasn't nearly as chaotic, she would be more useful, since we used to hang around the PS more often and the game had more defined lines, she would help holding the ground, but now any bot can just get past it anyway, buffing won't make it exactly better, it will just make units that struggle, struggle even harder.
Payload mode is crap for games like CB (too easy to hold or repel people away from it), but capture point with multiple points would be quite decent as that forces the team to be both offensive and defensive and forces them to divide into smaller groups, and in there things like Mialy U would shine, except the ammo system in CB is shit.

Buff'ing is hard since they made her with too much crap, if you start buffing she starts doing too much for too little and it just ends up being yet another broken unit. The mistake there was to try to make her like recent units and have 2 mains instead of one, the moment you do that, you either have 2 weaker mains compared to the other versions or just completely outclass others, it's a lose/lose scenario really, a bad design choice (the remote shouldn't exist really). And they also made her have that silly reduced range that many arts this days have, because for some reason now Airs are the long range units and arts are the mid range units, go figure (if CS had made any development work and changed the game properly instead of only adding stuff on a broken system, perhaps arts wouldn't be broken with long ranges).

Still, slight buffs would be nice. Her bits are static, so they should have more ammo than the pursuit bits because unlike those, static bits will be useless very fast while Pursuit just return to you and keep firing (20 ammo should be enough, that's +8 compared to others). Remote gets nothing, locked main gets less 200 int (to get 800 int) and +20 range if her gun is single bullet because if it's dual the stock range is plenty (she's meant to work at shorter ranges), if her trail and bullet isn't bigger than the original, make it between original and Type X. I'd actually rework the bits so they would have more range vertically, I mean, the range would be an upside down cone, so it works good against airs but doesn't screw up things at the same plane but allowing it to get higher ranges against airs.

From the inner blue arrow (from the bit) to the outside one could be like 150 range, from the inner grey arrow to the outside arrow it would be.... 300 is plenty and it should work like a cluster gun, explodes before the target so it doesn't just auto play for you but rather supports you will stuns but less damage than direct hits, black line is the vertical range, 300+ or unlimited would be fine (because CS can't into putting ceilings low enough and many maps have the ceiling too high, so high it's impossible to reach it without certain bots/parts).

I'd say it's a bug that the game allows you to use it without receiving the actual effect but you still lose the boost. If anything it would be a QoL fix (which CS never does).
