If you are not equipping a second handheld on purpose to "save cost", you might be wasting mats as you don't have 10x ex tunes, so even though you are saving cost, you are wasting it on HP tunes instead, which 10x ex would cover for the most part (and considering that you only save around 5cost, around 2.5 cost at best).

A build like that shouldn't need a capa tune, even less when you are level 9. My first build was pretty much like that, except level 10 (+quick landing), less 4 fly (which is only 10 cost on her, I saved 10 but spent 25 on QL) and instead of the second pepen gun I had DNG cannon, which doesn't matter because the relevant stats of Anko's AM are the same as Pepen's and the weapons have the same cost, so I could put 2x Pepen and have the same exact build, and the same HP (but +5 cost, which doesn't really matter) and no capa tunes. So I'd say that there's something terribly wrong going on. Also, if it doesn't hit shit with 320 speed, 336 won't do any better.
Get the second handheld with ex tunes and reduce the HP tunes, if you don't have a second handheld what are you waiting for.
Also, if you want HP combo tunes on an art that flies, don't do eagles except on the rare case that you do need a single boost tune, there's free wlk, use it for cheap fly, ranger tunes are better as you eventually will be doing no high tec beta tunes, so it will be 5 cost per stat anyway.
If you do it with handheld, you can get pretty much the same build but without the capa tune and maybe -5HP, if you do it without the handheld, you get +15 HP.

If you are okay with being fat, well, there's nothing left to say, besides those HTA being a terrible thing to do as well, but it's just sad for your team to have 100+ cost of deadweight.

Make it cheaper. Mine doesn't reach 1500 even with drives. If you need capa just remove the bit. The most dangerous things in uw don't alpha.

This is my Pepen G build, with 2 high capa instead of a Great capa.

Handhelds, Booster and Accs are already tuned from a previous build.


I choose short boost so i can use the CSB core tune up and i feel it better to alpha (also it's easier to jump over obstacles and players tongue )

Don't know if i have to keep the pepen bit with negative STR or remove it (+20 cost) to add 1 force on each pepen gun and dual rifle bit.
