you can get a lot more out of her with a booster. Anything is fine, even cannonballer BS is fine.

Notable artillery boosters:
K-nana BS(good cost effeciency)
Lisel BS(nearly identical to K-nana BS)
Chloe BS1(high cost but very good stats)
Asphe BS(decent stats and cost, not as good as other options but pretty good)

here's the build I have sitting in calc. I don't feel that the bit is really central to her play as you should really just be shooting at people regardless of having bit or not.

something about the bits only being at their full potential when you land both main weapons on a target which means that is when all the bits shoot lots of stuff. That means speed is nice on the cluster thing but not really necessary. Also didn't eiws increase both inbuilt weapon's performance?

Moving burst is probably not necessary as the bazooka deals the most damage, 84 at 40 tec with 21 force, and the cluster won't hit fast targets anyways.
Moving burst is also disabled while the wb is active.

with the viable ranges of the weapons I see no reason not to use MB when bit is not up. missile wasted cost otherwise lol since there's no reason to use it alone.

since when have EIW carts affected tunable weapons? outside of zeros lol
