Leaving aside the issue of ex-tunes (i could replace some high tunes for ex high but that't not the issue here), this is a problematic build.

Nebel comes with no weapons slots.

I like the machinegun, its super fast, it has a decent range (maybe not that good) and a nice amount of ammo.

I think that with 2 range-speed tunes and 1 stun tune it could be a deadly weapon that barely misses and, due to the high firerate, would almost certainly stun enemy.

But that cost a lot of capacity.

That build is using 1 high capa tune, can't reach 40/40 and can't fully tune machinegun with 3 weapon-related tunes.

Would it be worth to tune 3 high capa to get 40/40 plus +20% speed, +20% range +stun on machinegun?

Maybe i should just focus in range+stun.

I wanted another BS like ramdiver so she could glide (plus anti-homing) while hitting enemies in the air but capa cost would be waaaaay too high.

^ + Turn those high boost alphas into betas. If you have to use that great tune, then change it from great alpha tune to EX great beta tune.

stunning people with rapid-fire weapons greatly reduces their damage because stuns induce a brief period of invulnerability.
if you want to stun things, you have both a weapon with a near 100% stun rate and an AoE, and a weapon that inflicts repeat stun which will stun through super armor and CV

In my experience, machinegun has trouble hitting people at max range repeatedly, which greatly lowers the damage output of this kind of weapon. I don't think adding more range is something you want to be spending cost on.

Consider force tunes on rapid-fire weapons as it's +1 damage to every shot.

Consider glide boost, as it's completely broken.

There is no need to tune high boost alpha if your strength is already negative.

like you say "ask about build" but idk what you're really asking

nebel has a large amount of capacity, a good amount of range(for non-homing weapons), and glide boost.

She doesn't need tons of weapon tunes because of only having one tunable weapon that is a rapid-fire low force weapon that relies on hitting multiple times and thus doesn't really benefit from increased range beyond base and doesn't need tons of speed either. Aside from making mathematical errors it's really hard to do something wrong with her.

Only thing I can really note is that you're both 1 point off of glide boost breakpoints - you want 7wlk38fly. You have one less walk than you need and verymelon has one more. That's the only real adjustment.

Like I could question CV tunes because there's no real reason to dive unless you are not using default bit because of the ranges you have and the fact that your reboost isn't reliable at all but CV tunes could make it more reliable since you won't lose charge due to tiny stuns so that's really about it.

There's no actual questions posed here so I'm not sure what you want me to say because I assume you know what you're doing with the builds. So my response is "yes, this is a nebel build. What about it?"

Question about her missiles (yes, they are missiles and NOT homing lazors like CS claims them to be).

It looks like they leave a debuff on things they hit, but what exactly does that do?

Btw, I put a force and 2x grapid betas on her gatling. Are the grapids overkill, or on par with the meta? As for stats, I should focus on (ex) high boost betas first, followed by (ex) high tech alphas and/or eagle/ranger, right?

Last thing, what are the breakpoints on glide boost?

I think CV might be good, getting stunned after firing one shot and then having to wait wait for the cooldown (while your WB is still draining) is quite shitty.

Boost or Armor drive?
If you have fall charge your boost will slowly regen while using Connection instead of draining and lets you use dash 3 times from full gauge instead of just 2.
Armor obviously useful for being a sitting duck.

When you stun someone who has the debuff (like hitting them with charge shot) you regain some boost gauge and get the propeller effect.

only charge shot works to get boost and propellent buff. Stunning with the machinegun doesn't.

as for stats you should focus on getting to 40tec and 38fly.

glide boost breakpoints are in the topic about breakpoints, but reading is rly hard for cb players so I'll just say important breakpoints are 4_34, 5_38, and 7_38. You can go higher but it's not really worth it.


no reason to take armor drive when you have this much range imo. Augment allows you to altitude abuse easily which is really nice. Obviously she's not THE BEST at this since she has limits but it's still helpful to have, since her reboost is limited ecoboost is great, fall charge is broken, and you get stun recovery in both paths so it's whatever.

also they obviously don't take all of her slot parts because they have other things to spend coins on and you can get maxed stats with no slot parts, as they demonstrated. My build can be done with 2 slot parts if anyone getting the free one wanted to replicate it.

@Winty: Aesthetics, most likely. I kept her default booster and accessories, so it's not the most efficient. Cart choices also play a part, my set costing 20 more than yours. Never said I was the best tuner, either. Razz

Getting her from the gara also gets all of her slots. That way, some lucky bastards have the slots available and can have all the coins to spend on other junk. DX shop didn't have anything I wanted, so I just got all of the event Nebel's slots.

I make a few changes but i couldnt lower the WLK, i change the 2 great range to Great rapids, i dont know if that is good.
