Normally, CS would release newer versions of the bots/moes that need to be buffed. But from the trend that we're seeing, buffing certain units is their easy way out to balance things instead of nerfing others instead. Unfortunately, their current method isn't really working much :v CS is just being lazy on actually thinking on how to properly fix things. But they're doing this so that they can show players that they're doing something about it.

Because buffing everything only breaks it further.

the reason they said that was probably due to the fact that whenever we get new moes theres always a pre event to collect crap or do something featuring a moe thats connected to them, aka Sylvia + lafia Philia, akane and haruka's cherry blossom stuff for Himari and Saya, then theres minaria herself as a NPC early leading to her own event

then theres momiji's battle declaration things which led to kanna and koyomi

so keeping all that in mind, it wouldnt be shocking

So, since noone did try putting a translation of the exact modifications for the characters/bots listed, I'll try and put here .w. even tho Im using Google Translate, but the vids that CS provides for few fixes is neat enough.

Trizelion Modifications:

■ balance adjustment
• For "TYPE CHANGE" of Toraizerion BD, to correct the problem that the number of bullets had been able also to use in the state of 0, it was changed to the weapon you do not want to again consume the bullet number.
· Toraizerion BD @ about "SPECIAL SHOOT", it did the following adjustments.
- We've increased the number of bullets. Also, when obtaining the built-reinforced cartridge, the number of bullets were to be increased.
Bullet number Sad built-in strengthening non-acquired) 9 → 10 / (internal strengthening one acquisition) 10 → 14 / (built-in strengthening the two get) 14 → 20
- The time to re-use it was so as not to share with other weapons.
- It was to shorten the time it takes to lock-on.
- Reduced the maximum number of the enemy can be locked on to one body.
- We have to reduce the length of time before the fire the bullet. In addition, until the attack ends, itself was not to Stan.
- When the number of bullets were used in the state of 0, the attack was to be terminated immediately.


· Toraizerion is equipped for "TRINITY SWORD" of the "Tri-Sword", it did the following adjustments.
- It has to increase the judgment per attack.
- Toraizerion BD of "TYPE CHANGE" the W key or use while pressing the S key, when the sword is wearing a flame, making it easier to hit the attack, was a short wait for the re-use.


Cooldown of certain abilities have been reduced:

- The "TYPE CHANGE" of Toraizerion BD use while pressing the A key, when the sword is wearing a wind, to shorten the time until the continuous attack occurs, we have a short wait for the re-use.
- The "TYPE CHANGE" of Toraizerion BD is used while holding down the D key, when the sword is wearing a thunder, it was easier to hit the attack. Also, when it is not performed continuously attack was short rigid time after the attack.

Agnizyne Modifications

· Agunizain AM @ about the "FLAME BAZOOKA", it did the following adjustments.
- Bullet speed: 290 → 320
- Range: 264 → 320
- Interval: 1000 → 700
- We changed the bullet effect, the explosion effect. It does not change the magnitude of the decision hit attack.

· Agunizain AM @ about the "FLAME ATTACK", it did the following adjustments.
- When used in air, it was easier to contact the attack.
- If the auxiliary effect of Agunizain itself was used at the maximum, to increase the judgment hit attack, it was to allow the attack to grant state abnormal "melt". Also, when the trigger is the attack, its auxiliary effect has been so lowered by one step.


When melting, the melee attack inflicts melt now and reduces velocity level by one as seen in the video:

• For cartridge "hyper radiator" with the Agunizain, when the auxiliary effect of Agunizain itself received a "melt" effect becomes the largest state, we made an adjustment to increase the relief rate of movement speed decrease. For state abnormal "melt" received from other enemy player, it does not change the conventional mobile speed.

Can move faster now while melting and Hyper Radiator is installed as seen in that video:

Raclaceberos Modifications

· Rakuraborosu LG @ about "SHOCK BAZOOKA", it did the following adjustments.
- I grew effect time of the abnormal state "shock". (Shock lasts longer)
- For the attack who is in the screen, it was to be able to lock-on, even if a little away from the aiming cursor.

· Rakuraborosu LG @ about "SHOCK TAIL", it did the following adjustments.
- I grew effect time of the abnormal state "shock".
- In the first and second continuous attacks, when the bullet number is used in a state in which one shot above, we increased the movement speed.
- For the third attack of continuous attack, attack it had to reduce the length of time before the occurrence.

Tierrouge Modifications

• For "TORNADO KICK" tee Rouge LG, we did the following adjustments.
- The time to re-use it was so as not to share with other weapons.
- Making it easier to hit the attack, itself until the attack is over was not to Stan.
- For shock wave attacks that occur on the ground, if the enemy hits the shock wave, long Stan of rigid time it was to occur.

• For "LIGHTNING GUN" of Shanna BS3, we had to adjust to increase the number of bullets.
- The number of bullets: 150 → 300

- Shanna for "LIGHTNING GUN" of BS2, we have to adjust to increase the range.
- Range: 360 → 410

Sylvia PALADIN Modifications

• For Sylvia Paladin, we did the following adjustments.
- It grew effect time of the auxiliary effect that occurs when you prevented the enemy's attack in the Wonder bit of "AURA system" and Shiva Lee Aegis "GUARD".
- It has been changed so as to apply a custom dash action "Assault step" from the state of Lv0. Accordingly, we have increased the capacity and cost.
- Final by the adjustment COST: 445 → 460 / a final by the adjustment CAPA: 875 → 890


■ bug fixes
Sylvia Paladin becomes the blast attribute attack attribute of the following attacks that occur if you have received an auxiliary effect that occurs when prevented the enemy's attack in the "GUARD" of Wonder bit "AURA system" and Shiva Lee Aegis Fixed a bug that had been closed. Correctly, it is the melee attack attribute.
- Of Sylvia AM7 "SPIN ATTACK" of the shock wave attack
- Shiva Lee Sword Sylvia Plaradin is equipped with shock wave attack

They went and upped her maximum lock-ons to 3 locks, which possibly means she can launch 12 missiles at a time. This is a pretty big deal when it comes to blowing up heal piles.
As for the bomb, there's no way to fix the hit registration unless they completely change how it launches, but they seem to not want to do that.

The beam missile is FINE, why not the nuke OAO)w or add more ammo on the main weapon steal boost.

Paladin is fatter but got free Assault step. Well, got 30 free cost now, but it's kinda of a pain to fix that. She doesn't deal Blast Damage with the AM anymore? Well, no more 100+ hits on airs (not that it matters when the combo does the same over time), but at least it might deal decent damage to everyone else.

Shana with more ammo is nice, but those tornadoes...
Her Cannon wouldn't need more range if it worked like more recent versions that can explode in mid air if they impact an enemy (last time I used her, they would pierce and only explode on the floor/objects) or slightly overrange a bit more.
