Not entirely sure why you left 5 fly on there. If you swapped out some of the high run tunes for high run alpha, you'd save yourself a bit of cost for with no downsides. You'd also be better off cost wise having a BS instead of pompom, and get some extra HP from it as well. Also, why only 6 EX tunes?

This is what gets me to 40 tec and 37 wlk leaving some room for changing other tunes. I only EX tune to a certain amount based on the number of EX tune items that I have avaliable in my inventory. I don't really see the gatling gun being all that useful since the rhino gun does a lot more damage.

So does her bike's speed using the Boost run chart or it only depends on wlk? That would be a great influence to whether to keep fly or not (anyway 1 fly is still needed I think?).

She is not dependent on the boost run chart. I have her currently at 38 walk with only the hand helds tuned and she is the fastest thing in the game.

You should never have -wlk/fly if you do it wont matter what wlk/fly you have it will be slower than its supposed to be. Also 3x force tune on her adds the same force as 1 force tune

You also can't have more than 10 EX tunes in one character.

Thanks for the information about the ex-tunes.
I like the second build. I feel that I want to change the force tune to great rapid. Does 15% speed increase change much from the normal speed?
