 Did not receive RT

PostSubject: Did not receive RT   Thu Oct 02, 2014 6:36 pm

This is the first time that has happened to me.
I charged RT today and even though it says transaction successful I did not receive any RT or bonus items.
Sent a support ticket and noone replied in 12 hours.
Any ideas what's going on and what I can do?

Just wait. After a couple of days, send a new support ticket.

Isn't the ENCB team incredibly barebones? They probably need some time to wake up and get to answering it.

looks like currently there is a problem
people not getting rt and the not being able do address input for theia/homura cards

Welp did my part and sent support a message about it, to at least give us a public statement that they at least know about it. Otherwise we mind end up having to wait till Monday or longer if they don't respond tomorrow.

The address is only for chargers now i think cuz it says "Address Input for the Premium Card winners are already open!!
(*Regular Card Address Input is not yet available.)"
and premium probably means chargers and regular means us rollers :V
as for the rt no ones been able to get it so T_T

oh so what you're saying is the people who won homura/theia still have to wait and currently only the ones who charged can do that

I think premium and regular are just two different cards. The latest campaigns contain rewards for charging a certain mount of Rt and for winning certain bots. I. e.: I got two Sanae cards one is the "regular" one (I think for charging Rt) and one is the premium one (for rolling her in gara). I think all the cards are part of the same campaign and adress inputs ö.ö

Probably bugged.

though I am surprised they responded this quickly...was expecting it to take longer..
