I think you misunderstood. Chloe GL is getting buffed, that includes the ones you already own.

All Chloe GOODLUCK are affected by the recent buffs, even the one on Unit 05 and Thanks

I find it to be really dumb how Armada Oceana doesn't have anything water-themed about him, even though he's called "Oceana." I know it might not be much, but it bugs me about this robot.

Uhm, Astralyzers kick is still useless without Hyperarmor since he still can easily flinch out or get stunned during the kick ._. and I certainly wont use the 6 seconds cv just for a single kick that easily misses xox. But Vestia Capa Buffs are neato. And Assault Step... now can use both with Boost run xP.

Also yeah, there probably can be a new bug regarding DNG canon now that it no longer shares CD, while she now has a new main in her BS. Like Katalina bug where she could use Flapjack am alphaing without getting CD.

genesis buster takes 5 seconds to charge, even natascha with her shield deployed should be able to move out of the blast range.

Could've been deployed at the start of Trin's bubble animation.

In which case, FULLY DESERVED.

PS astralyzer doesn't get stunned out of the kick when it begins or ends, only on start up, which they buffed a long time ago a lot. It comes out faster.
