AIR Misty actually sounds pretty legit idea.
This is going to be a bit bizzare but... maybe a melee AIR. Squishy base HP and subpar HP growth, but mist lasts longer and melee attacks will not cancel the mist. (Enemy melee attacks will cancel her mist, though.) AoE of her attacks are average at best and don't move her forward by much, but if there are no enemy melees around then you'll be extremely annoying to enemy ARTs. Attacking healing groups isn't recommended though, because there are likely going to be melees there.

LND with remote counter ability.

You have a standard gunner weapon with 230 or so range. You also have a counter stance that spawns remote parts.

Your counter only works for attacks from >330 range. When one of these comes your way, if you're in your counter stance, it gets absorbed. After this, your remote bits go and pound your target. They deal one hit for every hit absorbed during counter duration.

Your remote bits also inflict that one status that's reverse LR (that exists now, doesn't it?). This has a long duration.

Your counter immobilizes you and has a long cooldown, so you can't use it to ignore every bullet ever, you are also weak to melee like most hopper LND. But you sure can use it to totally fuck alpha arts/airs and force missile arts to come out and fight instead of shooting from >400 range.

Could be a Nemlim variant or something. Can't get worse than Charge Delay anyway.

A jamming support that's actually good and can be used competitively in today's meta.

Variant of Prome that's tapped into dark magic, calling on the spirits of the deceased to aid her. Dark blue and dark purple colour scheme (lel how original). Sun thingies on the ends of her sashes are now moons. Darker skin, covered in tattoos. Stone-faced expression, as if she's possessed.

Her first main weapon (AM) is a charged attack. Mid to long range, average speed and INT. She winds up with her arm as if she's about to throw a baseball. When she's done charging, a dark claw extends from her hand, grabs a single enemy, and quickly pulls it back in front of her. The dark claw deals low damage but inflicts Severe Booster Trouble. Debuff lasts 10 seconds, unsure if this should bypass Crimson Veil or not.

Her second main weapon (LG) causes her to kick twice. Long range, slow speed and INT, but great homing. Two screaming spirits release from her feet, travel to the targeted enemy, and inflict Jam Bullet. Debuff lasts 5 seconds.

Her first subweapon (BD) is a 3-hit melee combo with very large circular AoE. It has laughable hitstun and damage, but it's pretty spammable and the last hit of the combo inflicts Shock. Debuff lasts 2 seconds, so Prome can keep melees disabled indefinitely as long as she keeps attacking.

Her locked WB summons a familiar spirit that follows Prome around. Every 5 melee hits, the spirit screams and summons a healing bubble. This bubble lasts much shorter than the normal ones and only heals 50 HP. However, the bubble also inflicts Support Rejection for 15 seconds, should an enemy touch it.

How overpowered is this?

I've always wanted to see CS-chan come back with an exoskeleton and basically be every type of bot in one. Well, back in the day I thought that would be a cool boss, but we have stupider things these days so why not make her a bot. Considered artillery, has several boost refills (no prop though), a melee tackle (clearly that works out too well even for arts), a beam-type remote weapon and a blast bazooka of some kind. That's how I used to envision her anyway.

I'm also waiting for Kinnor and Antonio to become manbots.

Kinnor and Antonio should just be standalone playables.

No character design is going to beat a six-eyed harp with a monocle and mustache.
