C$ is trying to nab money out of your wallets so you dont got any to spend on New Year's and other December garapons.

Not saying that KR or BR or TW has it better because they dont ever get Limited Garas like this. (they only get them theme'd garas like Alcy's and Vanessa's)

I don't know how 'don't' have limited gara making any better??

I can say that gara rate sucks on every server i ever played. Not to mention that I already sightseeing KR server, and their gara rate not any good (or my luck is sucks on around 5 x5 (t)rolled and got only about 4-5 gold).

PS. Just a joke. But I'll say it anyway. It's name is 'Limited' gara, expected limited gold as well  .
